Ordering custom soccer kits for a club, school or league is easier when you know what information to prepare. A complete request gets you an accurate quote and mockup faster, and avoids delays later. This guide covers what to send, how to handle sizes, names and numbers, and how long the process takes.
What to send for a quote
Include as much of the following as you can. If you do not have everything yet, send what you have and we fill the gaps together.
- Kit items: jersey only, or jersey + shorts + socks? Goalkeeper kits? Training tops or tracksuits?
- Quantity: total players and how many kits per player (home / away).
- Design: your crest or logo (vector file if possible, otherwise a clear image), colours, and any reference photos.
- Colours: Pantone codes if you have them. See our Pantone guide.
- Sponsor logos: position and size for each sponsor.
- Names and numbers: whether you want them and on which items.
- Delivery country and deadline: for example the first match of the season.
Most soccer kits are sublimated on polyester, which allows unlimited colours, patterns and sponsor logos with no extra cost per colour. Read more in our guide to sublimation vs screen printing vs embroidery.
How to collect sizes for a team
Sizing is where team orders most often go wrong. A simple process helps:
- Use the supplier’s size chart. Brands size differently, so do not rely on the size players wear in other kits. Our size charts use garment measurements, taken with the garment laid flat.
- Use a spreadsheet. One row per player with name, number, jersey size, shorts size and sock size.
- Remember youth and adult sizes. Clubs with junior teams often need both in one order.
- Order a sample in the most common size if you are unsure about fit.
- Add a few spare kits for new players joining during the season.
Allow for a small manufacturing tolerance (around 3–5%). Sizes can be mixed within the minimum order of 10 pieces per design.
Names and numbers
With sublimated kits, names and numbers are printed into the fabric at the same time as the design, so each shirt is personalised in production. Send a clear list with exact spelling and check it carefully before you approve, because a spelling mistake in a sublimated name cannot be corrected afterwards.
Tips:
- Use the same list format for every kit item (jersey back, shorts front).
- Decide on capital letters or mixed case for names.
- Check league rules for number size and placement.
Lead times: how long does it take?
| Stage | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Design mockup | Free, prepared after you send your details; revised until you approve |
| Sample | About 7–10 working days after mockup approval |
| Bulk production | About 4–6 weeks, depending on quantity |
| Shipping | Depends on the delivery method you choose |
Work backwards from your deadline. If your season starts in eight weeks, there is not much room for changes, so get your sizes and names list ready early. The exact timeline is always confirmed in your quote. Read more on our order handling page.
Minimum order and payment
You can order a single sample kit at sample price, and bulk production starts from 10 pieces per design. A 50% deposit confirms bulk production and the balance is paid before dispatch, by bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union / MoneyGram or international remittance services. We ship worldwide, with regular shipments to the USA, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Complete your team look
Many clubs order matching items in the same order: tracksuits, hoodies, socks and coach polos. Browse our soccer uniform range for styles.
